Out-of-route operations are not selectable as a reroute point

Issue

Out-of-route operations created as part of a Build Template are not selectable as a reroute point on operations.

Cause

Out-of-route operations set to No Tracking mode do not appear as selectable reroute points. Only operations in Full Tracking mode are available.

Resolution

1. Open the properties for the affected out-of-route operation.

2. Confirm that the Operation Mode is set to Full Tracking.

3. If the mode is set to No Tracking, change it to Full Tracking and save.
