FactoryLogix Office faults with a LIBCEF.DLL error in Event Viewer

Issue

When loading FactoryLogix Office, the application faults with a LIBCEF.DLL exception recorded in Event Viewer.

Cause

The LIBCEF.DLL file, which is used by the MCAD Interface, has not been registered correctly.

Resolution

1. Uninstall all FactoryLogix applications.

2. Reinstall the FactoryLogix applications.

3. Verify that FactoryLogix Office launches without the LIBCEF.DLL error.
