Mark a process revision as current

The current version indicator (a Blue gear on a process revision icon) is a visual indicator to be used as part of your own procedures if desired. (The Blue indicator is also used as a flag for some FactoryLogix xTend integrations.)

1. Log into FactoryLogix Office.

2. Select Home > Process Engineering.

3. In Define Processes, select the Open Process button (the folder).

4. Find and select the process you want to mark as current in the Please Select a Process Revision dialog.
   
   
   

   

   
   
   
   

5. Select the Mark Process Revision as Current button at the top of the window, then select Yes when the confirmation dialog displays.
   
   Notice that the icon for the process revision now includes a Blue "gear":
