MyData xLink versus machine programming connection types

Overview

The MyData xLink and Machine Programming features use different connection targets:

Feature	Connects to
xLink	Machine IP address
Machine Programming	TPSys Server

Note

When setting up the MyData xLink, it always connects directly to the machine. Machine Programming connects to the TPSys Server, not the machine itself.
