Issue
In FactoryLogix Operations, when the Defect Collection gadget is opened for a packed UID that has associated defects, the gadget displays no data.
Resolution
This behavior is by design. A code change implemented in 2017 removed the display of defects for UIDs that are currently packed in a box. Once a UID is packed, defects associated with that UID no longer populate in the Defect Collection gadget. This behavior applies to all current versions of the software.
Note
This is expected behavior, not a defect. Defects for a UID will not appear in the Defect Collection gadget while the UID is in a packed state.
