Application closes immediately after launching

Issue

When launching a FactoryLogix application (FactoryLogix Office, Materials Management, Analytics, or Operations), the splash screen appears briefly and then disappears without the application opening. This issue is typically caused by corruption in the %AppData% folder for the affected application.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Aegis_Software\.

  2. Delete the folder corresponding to the affected FactoryLogix application.

  3. Relaunch the FactoryLogix application; it should now open successfully.
