If the NiceLabel/FactoryLogix integration doesn't work properly, you can enable logging in both applications.
What to look for when troubleshooting:

Default printer is set up correctly for the label template

NiceLabel is correctly licensed and not running in demo mode

The label template is not open in the NiceLabel application

NiceLabel has access to the default printer and you can successfully produce a test print from within NiceLabel
