Use the Defective Product Escape Prevention report to show the number of instances where FactoryLogix proactively prevented defective products from entering/leaving a critical process or being shipped to customers. The report provides active protection against rising quality costs and potential reputational damage within the customer base.
The following example shows a summary (by calendar month and validation category) of the total number of instances where a defective product was prevented from processing or shipping.
The top half of the following example shows a summary (by operator and validation category) of all defective unit escape prevention events. The bottom half of the example shows a summary (by workstation and validation category) of all defective unit escape prevention events.
