A FactoryLogix system administrator uses FactoryLogix Office to create and manage users and user groups. The way your users and groups are structured depends on your factory, personnel, manufacturing processes, and administration best practices.
Tip
When you create an individual user in FactoryLogix, you have full control of that user's role and other information. When you create a user group, you can quickly assign the same role to all members of the group, making it easy to change the role and permissions for the entire group with a single click.
